Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Inventory Associate to support daily storeroom operations, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking inventory. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment
- Pick, pack, and issue inventory to internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient storeroom
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
- Replenish stock and track inventory levels
- Deliver materials or tools to designated work areas as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace standards
Qualifications
- 3 months of warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
Work Environment & Requirements
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)
- Contract: 6-month temporary assignment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must follow safety dress code (no loose items, secure hair, etc.)
- Warehouse environment (heated, no air conditioning; fans provided)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
