This role involves delivering lumber and construction supplies to job sites on behalf of a major building‑materials retailer. You will operate a tractor‑trailer equipped with a 45‑foot flatbed and an integrated forklift.

• Transport building materials from warehouse locations to customer sites within the service area.
• Utilize the onboard forklift for the majority of deliveries; perform occasional manual lifts.
• Handle items weighing up to 100 lb when necessary.
• Begin the workday at 6:00 a.m. and continue until all stops are completed.
• Typical shift length ranges from 10 to 12 hours, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional Saturday assignments may arise, usually a half‑day ending by noon.

• Pay increases as you become more familiar with delivery routes, forklift operation, and paperwork.
• Potential annual income falls between $60,000 and $70,000.
• Additional earnings are tied to the delivery fee earned on each job.
