As the GTM Lead, you'll play a key role in launching and scaling new revenue streams. You'll build the Go-To-Market function from the ground up, own strategic initiatives across sales and operations, and drive high-impact cross-functional projects in a product-led environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute scalable GTM strategies to support new products and revenue streams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in close partnership with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Own and optimize sales and operations workflows, including CRM (HubSpot) and BI tools.
- Manage PartnerStack accounts to grow and support strategic partnerships.
- Drive content strategy in collaboration with external agencies, with a sharp eye for creative and brand alignment.
- Report on GTM performance metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Help scale internal processes and contribute to team-building efforts as the company grows.
- 5 years of experience in sales, GTM, or operations roles at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of 0-to-1 startup experience with exposure to scale.
- Experience building GTM or Ops processes from scratch.
- Team management experience (3 direct reports), with a focus on execution and mentorship.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with engineering, product, and marketing.
- Product management or technical background is a plus.
- Excellent instincts for content strategy and creative execution.
- Proficiency in CRM, BI, analytics, marketing, and sales tools — including HubSpot and PartnerStack.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in New York City.
- Contribute directly to company-wide growth and GTM strategy.

Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
