As an Account Executive, you’ll fully own the sales cycle—from sourcing and engaging leads to closing 6-figure enterprise deals. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how we scale our sales motion and contribute directly to revenue and growth.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll fully own the sales cycle—from sourcing and engaging leads to closing 6-figure enterprise deals. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how we scale our sales motion and contribute directly to revenue and growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Full-cycle sales ownership: Source leads via phone, email, social media, inbound interest, and events
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos that highlight our value to HR and recruiting teams
- Navigate complex procurement processes, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate favorable deal terms
- Close 6-figure enterprise SaaS deals while maintaining a high win rate and strong pipeline hygiene
- Own and optimize the CRM (we use [insert CRM tool]), ensuring customer data is logged, clean, and actionable
- Report on pipeline health and performance metrics, using data to iterate on sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, product feedback loops, and retention strategies
- 5 years of progressive sales experience, including recent experience as a closing AE
- Proven track record of success in a startup environment, preferably in a fast-paced, early-to-mid stage company
- Strong experience selling recruiting or HR tech platforms (or relevant enterprise SaaS products)
- Demonstrated ability to close enterprise software deals of $100K ACV
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a top-tier university
- Master of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demoing, objection handling, negotiating, and closing
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize a high-volume, high-value pipeline
- Comfortable owning and configuring CRM workflows, reporting, and pipeline structure
- Analytical and strategic: able to interpret data, market feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategy
- 10/10 communicator—charismatic, clear, persuasive, and a natural relationship builder
- Confident and articulate in discussing specific sales accomplishments and outcomes
- A team player who thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven environments
Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
