What are the responsibilities and job description for the GTM Lead position at Root Access?
We’re looking for a GTM Lead to join the team as the first sales and marketing hire. This role can look forward to executing marketing campaigns, talking with target customers, and developing a brand that serves the engineers building mankind's most important machines. This is a broad, creative, hands-on role across marketing, content, community, partnerships, and early sales motion.
Must be a US-citizen based in to NYC (or willing to relocate).

Required:
- 2 years in marketing, GTM, growth, content, or sales roles
- Exceptional written communication and online storytelling skills
- Fast executor who wants to be in a scrappy startup environment
- Capable handling our marketing and CRM software to keep us organized
- Engineering or technical degree (EE, ME, CS, Robotics, or similar)
- Time spent in solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical marketing
- You’ve built a following or have experience driving attention online
- You’ve worked at an early-stage startup or enjoy the zero-to-one GTM phase
