Hiring: IT Support Technician
Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to provide first-level support across hardware, software, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Manage tickets via Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Provide support via phone, remote, and in-person
- Handle basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, access support)
- Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills
- Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Windows & Apple iOS environments
- Office 365 / Microsoft Office Suite
- MDM tools (Meraki, AirWatch)
- Ticketing systems (Zendesk, FreshService, ServiceNow)
- VOIP & collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
Key Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with DHCP and DNS
- Experience with imaging tools
- Basic understanding of the IP stack
- Working knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, basic Group Policy)
- Experience with O365
