Overview
As Manager of Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for managing PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resource Management systems.
This role required both technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials (AP, GL, AM, AR, Billing, eProcurement, eBill Pay, Security Administration), Hyperion (PBCS), and PeopleSoft HR (Core HR). It also demands strong project management and integration experience with subsystem and third-party solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Served as product owner, managing scrum teams through end-to-end technology product lifecycles.
- Directed vendor relationships and managed services teams supporting enterprise applications.
- Provided leadership in hiring, training, motivating, and performance management of staff.
- Oversaw system operations, maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
- Led technology project portfolio reviews and recommended integration solutions for ERP systems.
- Ensured project development and deployment success through requirements analysis, testing, and integration oversight.
- Managed departmental budgets, staffing plans, project risk assessments, and long-term enterprise systems roadmaps.
- Coached and mentored staff while fostering cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

- Extensive expertise in system integration, business process mapping, data analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of enterprise financials, budgeting, and HR systems.
- PMP Certification preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
