Duration: 05 months of contract
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs Incoming Inspections on chemicals, labelling and components using equipment such as calipers, microscopes and go and no-go gauges.
- Complete and or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. Component Inspection Folders, checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc.
- Performs in process and final inspections to support Manufacturing to include the use of pH meters, conductivity meters and spectrophotometers.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports Clients on Nonconformance Performs detailed review of device history record documentation as part of final inspection and or release activities for finished product.
- Perform inspections as requested for Engineering and other departments. First Articles and or Courtesy inspections and assist with the development of applicable inspection procedures, checklist, forms and Inspection Folders.
- Performs weekly testing of the water systems.
- Disposition, disposal and documentation retention.
- Orders lab supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Must have incoming inspection experience with the ability to read prints and drawings, use height gauges, calipers, surface plate, CMM or vision system skills are a plus.
