What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Micross Logo?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate setup and components submitted for 1st Piece approval using Component Process Specification (CPS) requirements
- Perform periodic inspection at the LRT (In-line Auditing)
- Provide feedback to operators and technicians on product acceptance or rejection
- Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues
- Inspections performed at processing workstations.
- Other inspection duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling
- Familiar with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools
- Be detail oriented to ensure customer requirements have been met
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry
- Good communication skills
- Customer focus
