Responsibilities
- Support clean heat and beneficial electrification product strategy under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager
- Translate policy and regulatory requirements into clear program rules and customer‐facing applications
- Write, update, and maintain program applications, marketing collateral, and customer communications
- Support marketing campaigns and ensure messaging clarity and consistency
- Partner with marketing communications teams to align materials with program goals
- Assist with data‐driven decision‐making using KPIs, dashboards, and system reporting
- Coordinate administrative and operational tasks across the product and program lifecycle
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, policy, regulatory, and program teams
- Contribute to customer and competitive research and support continuous program improvement
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of professional experience in business, marketing, product, or program support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Basic analytical and math skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams
- Comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving environment
- Self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills
- Experience with marketing campaigns or marketing communications
- Exposure to beneficial electrification, HVAC, insulation, air sealing, or weatherization programs
- Salesforce experience
- Business analytics or reporting experience
- Experience communicating technical or program information to residential customers
