Responsibilities
- Process corporate action events and ensure timely, accurate release of notices
- Follow daily checklists to meet operational standards and regulatory timelines
- Research corporate actions using internal and external data sources
- Monitor and manage daily production volumes and reporting metrics
- Investigate and resolve issues, including pricing and custody position discrepancies
- Escalate complex issues in a timely and professional manner
- Reconcile cash balances and support resolution of breaks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and operational challenges
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Contribute to management reporting (e.g., past dues, cash breaks, analysis reporting)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high‐volume processing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Experience in financial services or fund accounting operations
- Understanding of corporate actions and fund administration processes
- Experience with Bloomberg and/or financial data platforms
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience working in reconciliation or operations environments
