Hiring: Footwear Product Development Engineer
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / Fridays Remote)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer 2 to support a Global Football (Soccer) Footwear team focused on bringing innovative products from concept through commercialization.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in footwear development, product creation, manufacturing, or engineering who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage footwear product development projects from concept to commercialization
✔ Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Materials, Testing, Manufacturing, and Operations teams
✔ Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
✔ Support prototype development, product reviews, and commercialization readiness
✔ Partner with global teams and manufacturing partners to ensure product excellence
Required Qualifications:
✅ 3-4 years of product development, engineering, manufacturing, or related experience
✅ Strong project management and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
✅ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Footwear development experience
⭐ Athletic footwear industry experience
⭐ Knowledge of footwear manufacturing and commercialization
⭐ Passion for Soccer/Football
