We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Creative Operations to support a high-profile retail brand experience team. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in retail store design management, creative production, and end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage retail design projects from concept and design through execution and store opening
✅ Drive cross-functional workstreams and ensure project milestones are achieved
✅ Partner with creative, marketing, design, and operations teams
✅ Support large-scale retail store redesigns and roll-out initiatives
✅ Coordinate stakeholders and maintain project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience:
✔ 5–10 years of experience in Non-IT Project Management within Creative Operations
✔ Experience in retail store design management (design or build side)
✔ Experience as a Creative Producer managing retail environments
✔ Proven ability to drive projects from design through execution
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience working with global teams
⭐ Experience supporting global retail store redesign programs and rollouts
⭐ Background in Retail Design Operations, Retail Store Operations, or Retail Creative Project Management.
