About the Role
A respected NYC litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of NY insurance defense experience. You’ll handle your own cases, appear regularly in court, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and work closely with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Appear in state and federal courts across NYC
- Manage auto and premises liability cases from start to finish
- Handle depositions, motions, appeals, and settlements
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and claims reps
- Track billable hours and support firm goals
What You Need
- 3 years of NY insurance defense experience
- NY Bar admission (Federal a plus)
- Strong writing, litigation, and advocacy skills
