This is first and foremost a Business Development role focused on expanding staffing partnerships and driving consultant placements across the US market. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join an Atlanta-based team at its Corporate Headquarters. This individual will be responsible for connecting qualified consultants with the right job opportunities, supporting clients with their hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end placement process.
This role includes a strong business development component—cultivating and growing vendor relationships, identifying new clients, and helping expand US staffing footprint.

Key Responsibilities
· Business Development Focus: Generate new business through strategic vendor outreach, MSP channel development, and client relationship expansion.
· Business Development: Build and grow relationships with US vendors, subcontracting firms, and MSPs to expand direct and indirect placement channels.
· Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the US technology sector and actively promote consultant profiles.
· Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and strengthen long-term vendor and client partnerships.
· Consultant Advocacy: Understand consultant skill sets, goals, and readiness to match them with the best-fit client requirements.
· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Advocate for competitive bill rates and favorable terms.
· Interview Enablement: Prepare consultants through interview coaching, assessment of gaps, and mock interviews.
· Placement Coordination: Manage interviews, obtain timely feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies to maximize productivity and confirmations.
Preferred Qualifications
· Sales Experience – Minimum 2 years in B2B or B2C sales (Retail sales, Bench Sales, Bench Recruitment, BFSI, SaaS, Insurance, or similar roles preferred).
· Tech Industry Awareness – Understanding of technology roles, skills, and US hiring practices.
· High Ownership Mindset – Proactive, persistent, resilient, and results-driven.
· Negotiation Excellence – Ability to influence and secure top-tier outcomes.
· Communication Mastery – Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be fluent in English.
