Job Description
- Coordinate and set up property signage to support leasing efforts.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance needs as required.
- Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs for residents.
- Act as a primary point of contact for up to 20 assigned properties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and occupancy.
- Partner with property teams to ensure consistent communication and performance.
- Monitor leasing activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable taking initiative with strong leadership skills.
