This is a pivotal role for a recruiter who thrives in early-stage environments, values a high talent bar, and understands how great GTM hiring directly impacts revenue, culture, and category leadership.This role is not transactional. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design recruiting strategy, influence leadership, and deliver results in fast-moving, resource-conscious settings to be considered for interview.The OpportunityThe company is scaling from approximately 20 employees to 70 , and GTM hiring will be central to that growth. As the Senior GTM Recruiter, you will partner directly with founders and GTM leadership to build high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations—without sacrificing quality or culture.You will be entrusted with significant ownership, from defining candidate profiles to shaping recruiting infrastructure in a scrappy, high-velocity environment.
