This role is ideal for a driven seller who thrives in high-velocity environments, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and wants to sell a technically sophisticated product that delivers real operational impact in healthcare.Candidates must demonstrate consistent quota performance and the ability to close meaningful deal sizes to be considered for interview.The OpportunityThe company is at a pivotal growth stage—closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean, high-impact sales team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own net-new customer acquisition and play an active role in refining go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and deal motion.This role offers meaningful visibility with leadership, real ownership over outcomes, and the opportunity to help shape how the sales organization scales.What You'll DoCandidates must demonstrate the ability to perform the following responsibilities to be considered:Own net-new customer acquisition across the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through closeDrive pipeline creation through a predominantly outbound motionLead discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, challenges, and decision criteriaDeliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate the value of an AI-driven healthcare platformDevelop and refine repeatable sales processes to improve efficiency, velocity, and win ratesPartner closely with leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and competitive positioningCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, pipeline generation, and product feedbackManage pipeline and forecasts with rigor and accuracy within the CRMStay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needsContribute to a strong sales culture and support the onboarding and development of future hiresRequired Qualifications (Must-Haves)Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:3 years of full cycle closing experience in B2B SaaSProven track record of exceeding quota and closing $100K ACV dealsExperience carrying meaningful quotas (approximately $1M)Strong outbound background (roughly 80% outbound / 20% inbound)Ability to engage, influence, and persuade senior decision-makersComfort selling technical products and translating complexity into clear business valueWillingness to work onsite in San Francisco four days per weekPreferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)Candidates who meet these criteria will receive priority consideration.3–6 years of full-cycle closing experience with consistent success closing $200K dealsPrior AE experience at SaaS, AI, or automation-focused startupsEarly or founding GTM experience in a high-growth environmentExperience selling AI-driven, data, or workflow automation solutionsFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpotDemonstrated ability to operate independently with strong ownership and accountabilityBias toward action, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-moving environmentsWhy This Role Stands OutMeaningful ownership over revenue and customer acquisitionOpportunity to sell a differentiated AI product in a large, evolving healthcare marketDirect collaboration with leadership during a critical growth phaseLean team with real impact and upward mobilityCompetitive compensation aligned with performanceHireNow Staffing DisclosureHireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this role.
