Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business at both end-user and dealer levels.
- Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
- Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing.
- Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field required.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions.
- Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
