The role will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, compliance, staffing, training, and HR strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR leader for the region, supporting and guiding multi-site operations
- Lead and execute HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and drive organizational success
- Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, legal standards, and best practices
- Provide coaching and HR support to site managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities
- Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel, ensuring employee engagement and responsive HR support
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership capacity
- Background in construction, traffic control, industrial services, or other field-based operational environments
- Comprehensive HR generalist expertise, with solid knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel regularly across the region
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
