About the Opportunity
Our client has built its business on strong customer relationships and a reputation for reliable, high-quality service. Known for being responsive, personable, and execution-focused, the team has earned the trust of customers in a competitive brokerage landscape.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding this customer base by identifying new shipper opportunities and turning first-time customers into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new shipper accounts across multiple industries and freight types.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and service excellence.
- Partner closely with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure freight is executed smoothly and customers remain well-informed.
- Grow and manage an assigned book of business, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Represent the company as a trusted logistics partner and advisor, not just a service provider.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Why This Role Is Different
This organization operates on a simple but powerful principle: build genuine relationships, deliver consistently on commitments, and sustainable growth will follow.
The sales approach is intentionally relationship-first, with no reliance on high-pressure tactics, scripted selling, or short-term volume-driven strategies. Leadership understands the cost of overpromising and underdelivering and has built a culture that prioritizes execution and customer trust above all else.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to develop a meaningful and long-term book of business within a fast-growing company that values your contribution, rewards performance through uncapped earning potential, and offers real influence as the organization continues to scale.
