$20.00 per hour plus monthly commission (uncapped)

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p
Job description:
- Drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls to new and existing customers, converting leads and activating accounts
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and retention
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Ensure all interactions are compliant, accurately documented in CRM systems, and aligned with healthcare regulations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including conversion rates, revenue per contact, call volume, and quality standards
