Our innovative network of community-focused primary care centers enables you to concentrate on enhancing quality of care rather than merely increasing service volume.We seek enthusiastic physicians eager to provide outstanding care to older adults. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and exceptionally qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role.Main ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose patients at our community clinicsSupervise, guide, and manage primary care servicesPrescribe and administer medications and treatmentsMaintain patient records using Canopy and GreenwayCollaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality objectivesPartner with Practice Managers to lead and coordinate the center care teamPerform additional tasks as requiredEssential QualificationsMedical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degreeBoard Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible)Active, unrestricted State License without probationCurrent DEA licenseAuthorization to work in the U.S.Preferred QualificationsFellowship training in GeriatricsExperience treating Geriatric populationsFamiliarity with Value-Based Healthcare ModelsExperience in collaborative environments to promote positive health outcomesBackground in outpatient primary care settingsBilingual skills where applicableWork EnvironmentExpected Weekly Hours: 40Employment Type: Full-timeSalary InformationSalary Range: The typical salary range for this position is:$174,070.00 - $374,920.00This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job category.
