Our innovative network of community-focused primary care centers enables you to concentrate on enhancing the quality of care rather than merely increasing the volume of services provided.We seek physicians who are genuinely motivated to deliver outstanding care to older adults. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and exceptionally qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role.Core DutiesEvaluate and diagnose patients at our local clinics.Manage and oversee primary care services.Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.Maintain patient records using Canopy and Greenway systems.Collaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality objectives.Partner with Practice Managers to lead and coordinate the center's care team.Perform additional tasks as required.Qualifications We SeekEssential Qualifications:Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible).Active, unrestricted State License without probation.Current DEA license.Authorization to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications:Fellowship training in Geriatrics.Experience in treating Geriatric populations.Familiarity with Value-Based Healthcare Models.Experience in collaborative environments to promote positive health outcomes.Background in outpatient primary care settings.Bilingual skills are a plus where applicable.Work EnvironmentExpected Weekly Hours: 40Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation DetailsSalary Range: The typical salary range for this position is $174,070.00 - $374,920.00. This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within the job grade applicable to this position.
