Our innovative network of community-based primary care centers allows you to concentrate on enhancing the quality of care rather than merely increasing the volume of services provided. Our approach emphasizes positive outcomes, minimizes hospital admissions, and promotes preventive care, leading to an exceptional patient experience.We seek physicians who are genuinely motivated to provide outstanding care to older adults. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications!Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role.Core DutiesEvaluate and diagnose patients at our clinicsManage and oversee primary care servicesPrescribe and monitor medications and treatmentsMaintain patient electronic medical recordsCollaborate with leadership to achieve health quality objectivesWork alongside Practice Managers to lead and coordinate the center's care teamPerform additional tasks as requiredQualifications We SeekEssential Qualifications:Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degreeBoard Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board eligible)Active and unrestricted state medical licenseCurrent DEA licenseAuthorization to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications:Fellowship training in GeriatricsExperience working with geriatric populationsFamiliarity with Value-Based Healthcare ModelsCollaborative experience that promotes positive health outcomesExperience in outpatient primary care environmentsBilingual skills are a plusWork ScheduleExpected Weekly Hours: 40Employment Type: Full-timeCompensation DetailsSalary Range: The typical salary for this position falls between $174,070.00 - $374,920.00. This range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job category.
