Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction and structural drying.
- Remove damaged building materials.
- Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate mold growth and prevent recurrence.
- Complete fire and smoke cleanup.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Document work performed using company software.
- Participate in an on-call emergency response rotation.
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards
Experience
- IICRC certifications are a plus (training available).
- Construction, restoration, mitigation, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, and other varying environments.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
