Join a company that has been serving the area since 1995 and currently has projects scheduled through Spring 2027. We are seeking reliable, motivated Construction Workers to join a growing remodeling team specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. The ideal candidate will have previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience and take pride in producing high-quality work. This opportunity is well suited for individuals seeking steady, year-round employment in a professional and structured work environment. Team members will assist with a wide range of renovation tasks, including demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work. Projects may include complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, fixture replacements, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, tile, and other interior renovations.

Candidates must be comfortable working in residential homes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect for clients and their property.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final installation
• Remove cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, drywall, and other materials while protecting surrounding areas
• Assist with the installation of cabinetry, vanities, countertops, backsplashes, tile, flooring, and fixtures
• Support framing, drywall installation, patching, and finishing work
• Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications
• Safely and effectively operate hand tools and power tools
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Follow company safety policies and job-site procedures
• Work closely with project managers and experienced tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor preferred
• Residential remodeling or interior renovation experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic construction calculations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor when working in customers’ homes and businesses
• Commitment to producing quality work and maintaining a clean work environment
