If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Administrative Coordinator.Position Type:ContractOn-SiteRequired:Experience as Accounting Administrative Coordinator.Good knowledge of excel.Responsibilities:Creating and managing excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links.Regularly communicating with multiple department managers to input new data, look up information, create spreadsheets to track projects.Emailing multiple vendors and tracking status of purchase orders and invoices and other relevant vendor information.Manage bid process for multiple managers, compile gid specifications, contact vendors, setup site visits.Register vendors in site security system, participate in walk throughs, receive bids and compile bid leveling work spreadsheets.Proactively review spreadsheets and offer opportunities for improvement.
