- Prevailing Wage (CA) Experience - 2 years
- Experience with Certified Payroll Reporting entries on the DIR,
- Preferred Experience with these reporting software - LCP Tracker, Elation, and EMARS
- Contribution Training Funds submittals
- Compliance Reporting
- Some administrative experience preferred.
- Construction industry would be a plus.
- Midsize - large company.
- Skills:
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with UKG and Kronos preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Able to be flexible with changes in system, process, and policy
- Ability to work a full-time schedule and overtime as needed
- The pace is fast and structure, meeting deadlines and accountability if key.
- Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Hours: M-F 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 7:30 am - 4:30 pm on “non” payroll days , that have early cut offs.
- Kronos and Payroll Analyst will be a member of the payroll operations team working with the vendor to ensure that all Kronos payrolls are processed, filed, audited and correctly paid to each employee’s record.
- This role will be the primary point for the areas related to Kronos payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll related processes in accordance with Federal and State and Local laws.
- Prepare documentation on all processes involving the Kronos system and other payroll related processes as needed.
- Manage special projects/tasks and provide support to Payroll Team as a Kronos expert.
- Collaborate and communicate with business partners, peers and other departments to ensure organizational and vendor expectations are met.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all projects that require Kronos expertise.
