Position Type:
- Contract
- Onsite
- Experience:
- Generally, 7 years of interior design experience, with a focus on hospitality, lifestyle, or upscale hotel projects.
- Education:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Leadership:
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and presenting to senior leadership
- Design Leadership:
- Develop interior concepts, color schemes, and layouts for hospitality projects.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all designs align with specific brand standards and elevate the owner's investment value.
- Project & Technical Management:
- Create and manage construction documents, detailed specifications (FF&E), and detailed 3D renderings.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Act as the liaison between contractors, architects, brand stakeholders, and purchasing teams to execute the vision.
- Site Management:
- Conduct site visits for installation, monitoring progress, and addressing on-site challenges
