Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000
- Bonus: Performance-based
- PTO: ~15 days
- Paid Holidays: 15 days annually (including week between Christmas & New Year’s)

The Role
As Executive Director, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for daily operations, team development, and school performance.
You will lead a team that includes:
- Director of Education
- Director of Operations
- Assistant Director

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the administrative leadership team
- Build a structured, consistent operating environment
- Support, coach, and retain high-quality teaching staff
- Ensure excellent parent experience and communication
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily school operations
- Partner with ownership and central leadership on broader initiatives
- Reduce operational strain by building team capacity and accountability
- Maintain compliance and prepare for future accreditation goals

Ideal Background
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in:
- Early childhood education (preferred), or
- Education, childcare, or service-based operations
- Experience leading teams within a structured environment (100 students or equivalent complexity)
- Proven ability to develop leaders and build strong teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.

- Full-time, on-site leadership role
- Open availability required (including opening/closing shifts as needed)
