- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-Time and Part-Time; Monday - Friday; year-round employment
- Comfortable working in a Christian setting and should be able to support the organization’s faith-based mission.
- Full-Time Infant Teacher: working with children 2 to 18 months old
- Full-Time or Part-Time Assistant Infant Teacher: working with children 2 to 18 months old
- Full-Time or Part-Time Floater Teacher: working with children 6 weeks to 5 years old
- $18.00 - $24.50/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Up to $1500 Potential Sign-On Bonus for Certified Teachers! (Eligibility details provided during the screening process)

- Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as assisting with the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
- REQUIRED Education: Massachusetts EEC certification
- PREFERRED Experience: 2 years working within a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- MUST meet background check eligibility
- MUST be at least 18 years of age
