Our client is looking caring, nurturing, and energetic After-School Teachers to join their Before and After-School program in Sudbury, MA.
- These are Direct Hire positions with the school
- Part-time; Monday-Friday; Academic-year employment

Salary
- Starting rate: $23.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional experience; higher compensation available to qualified candidates with education degrees and/or school-aged childcare experience!

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other staff to create a positive environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in the field
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- REQUIRED Education: High School Diploma
- REQUIRED Experience: At least 6-months of verified experience working with school-aged children
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Must meet background check eligibility
