Our client is looking for fun and energetic Certified Teachers to join their premier preschool in Middleton, MA. This is a wonderful opportunity for educators who love working with children and want to be part of a supportive school community that values early childhood education.

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Full-Time; Monday - Friday; year-round employment

Salary

• $19.00 - $26.00 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

• Certified Teacher: working with the age group of your choice between infants, toddlers, and preschoolers!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Maintain educational portfolios for each child
• Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications

• Required: Massachusetts EEC Certification, Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree
• Required: 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed Early Early Childhood Education facility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
• Must meet background check eligibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
