Role snapshot Own the field execution of architectural and electrical sign installations. Guide a compact crew, translate drawings into action, and deliver flawless results while keeping clients informed and safe practices front and center. Key functions Lead on-site installation teams to meet schedule and quality goals.Review drawings, project scopes, and site conditions to select installation methods.Install sign systems precisely and safely according to approved plans.Instruct clients on operation, maintenance, and setup (timers/lighting controls included).Model safety compliance and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Communicate progress and needs to the Installation Manager, team, and clients. Expertise required Minimum 5 years of installation experience; 3–5 years in signage preferred.Skilled at interpreting plans, specifications, and work instructions.Strong leadership, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. Physical tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous field tasks.Provide your own personal tools and PPE. Schedule & travel Overtime as needed to meet project demands.Willing to travel for out-of-area installations when required. Education & experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.Background in signage or construction installation preferred.
