Join a job-shop supporting aerospace, defense, and commercial programs where precision and pace go hand-in-hand.What Youll DoOwn setups and day-to-day operation of Swiss CNC lathes (Tsugami, Hanwha).Load programs, set offsets, install tooling/collets/guide bushings, and fine-tune for performance.Run frequent changeovers; perform first-article inspections and sustain capability for both small and large batch sizes.Interpret prints and GD hold tight tolerances down to a few tenths as required.Conduct in-process inspections with micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and height gauges; document per AS9100/ISO/ITAR standards.Work with programming and quality to improve cycle time, extend tooling life, and elevate part quality; help with basic preventive maintenance.What Youll Bring3 years of recent CNC Swiss experience with demonstrated setup capability.Blueprint/GD&T fluency; confident with inspection tools and first-article documentation.Comfortable operating in an AS9100/ISO 9001; ITAR environment.Ability to juggle multiple daily changeovers while meeting quality and throughput targets.Nice to HaveFanuc control familiarity; bar feeders, sub-spindles, live tooling, high-pressure coolant.Experience in aerospace/defense or medical device machining; SPC knowledge.Compensation & Time$24$30/hr DOE.
