Quality Technician – 2nd Shift
Wickliffe, OH
$18–$20/hour $1.50 shift differential
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
Ready to put your quality skills to work in a role where precision truly matters? We’re looking for a Quality Technician to join a respected Wickliffe manufacturer on second shift. In this role, you’ll be the frontline for quality assurance—ensuring every part meets customer expectations, tools are properly calibrated, and ISO 9001 standards are followed.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain customer drawings and specifications
- Provide production teams with necessary paperwork, measuring equipment, and tools
- Calibrate, maintain, and track in-house measuring instruments
- Support and maintain the ISO 9001 quality program
- Inspect in-process materials and confirm compliance with customer requirements
- Answer quality-related questions and provide support to production employees
- Ensure quality procedures are implemented and consistently followed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with GD&T preferred
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems
- Calibration experience preferred
- Clear communication skills and the ability to train others
- Steel-toed boots required
