Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Oversee procurement and coordination of materials, fabrication, and installation.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues related to schedule, scope, or cost.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
- Support field teams and ensure smooth communication between office and job site operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in commercial glazing; commercial construction industry experience required.
- Experience working with general contractors and coordinating with field installation teams.
- Knowledge of project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
