Business Development Representative

What You’ll Do

• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage prospects
• Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery — confirming challenges, timing, and fit
• Schedule and confirm high-quality meetings for National Account Managers, providing clear hand-offs with notes and context
• Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and up to date — because great data drives great sales
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and share real-world insights to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and messaging

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in outbound SDR/BDR or inside sales, ideally focused on SMB/mid‑market environments
• Confidence with high‑volume outreach and quick, value-driven discovery conversations
• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented — you never lose track of a follow-up
• Growth mindset: you test, learn, and measure your results to keep improving
• Bonus if you have experience in waste or environmental services

Technical Proficiency

• Knowledge of sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
