Law firm is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the firm’s technology stack, infrastructure, and data systems
  • Build dashboards and ensure accurate, seamless data flow across platforms
  • Lead cloud migration and ongoing system optimization
  • Evaluate, implement, and consolidate software tools and vendors
  • Strengthen security, compliance, and backup systems
  • Automate workflows, document processes, and intake pipelines
  • Deploy AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Support operations including intake, reporting, and settlements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of progressive IT systems experience required; legal experience preferred
  • Experience managing complex systems and integrations
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments and automation tools
  • Legal tech experience (e.g., Filevine, Lead Docket) preferred

Salary Range: $110-175K

Salary : $110,000 - $175,000
