Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational processes, banking activities, and client service functions
- Manage banking transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and check processing
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and serve as a resource for operational issues and escalations
- Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures and operational best practices
- Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Monitor compliance with company policies, operational controls, and confidentiality requirements
- Support audits, reporting, and risk management efforts
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations required
- Strong knowledge of back end banking, cash management, and operational control processes required
- Experience with financial and accounting systems; AgilLink experience is a plus
