Law firm is seeking a Corporate/Transactional Secretary to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Document management
  • Timekeeping
  • Calendaring/scheduling
  • Expenses
  • Travel arrangements
  • Create & edit client invoices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of legal assistance experience within a law firm required
  • MS Office Suite required
  • Real estate/corporate experience required

Salary Range: $90-110K
