Law firm is seeking a Senior Desktop Analyst to support their Los Angeles office.

Salary Range: $120-140K
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site IT resource for the LA office, providing end-to-end desktop and AV support
- Manage and resolve tickets
- Provide second-level troubleshooting for Windows/remote access/Microsoft/non-standard installations
- Deploy and support firm-issued hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, MFDs, mobile devices, AV/conferencing tools)
- Provide hands-on video conferencing support (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting)
- Perform new hire builds, office setups, mobile device configuration, and equipment reclamation
- Partner with engineering teams on escalations and complex technical issues
- Maintain asset inventory and contribute to documentation, process improvements, and security best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of desktop, AV/VC, and remote-access support experience within a law firm required
- Proficiency with ServiceNow required
- Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft InTune, and Azure environments a plus
