Chiropractic Assistant (4387)

Job Purpose:
- The Chiropractic Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC a temporary staffing solutions agency, plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care across various chiropractic practices. This is a PRN or temporary assignment-based role, not a permanent position. The Chiropractic Assistant will support the chiropractic team by ensuring smooth operations within the office, assisting with patient care, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors with patient preparation and treatment procedures.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments to optimize clinic workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, and handling inquiries.
- Support chiropractors in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness practices as directed by the chiropractor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED 

Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a chiropractic office
- Familiarity with chiropractic procedures and patient care

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software and medical record systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and scheduling

- Basic understanding of anatomy and medical terminology related to chiropractic care
