Job Title: Chiropractic Therapy Assistant.

Busy chiropractic office in Downtown Dallas area looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to staff our front desk and therapy area. Must possess effective phone and computer skills and be very comfortable multi-tasking and interacting with our patients both face-to-face and over the phone. Our mission is to help patients move better, reduce pain, and restore function through evidence-based chiropractic care and advanced therapeutic technology. Our clinic integrates laser therapy, spinal decompression therapy, electrical stimulation, shockwave therapy and corrective exercise programming to deliver high-quality, conservative musculoskeletal care.
Experience
- Candidates with prior back-office experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopedic, or
- rehabilitation clinics
- Individuals passionate about spinal health, biomechanics, and functional movement.
- Students pursuing Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Pre-Chiropractic, or
- related fields who have consistent weekday availability and can commit to scheduled hours
Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Assist with therapeutic modalities including laser therapy, spinal decompression, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation
- Guide patients through corrective exercises and stretching protocols
- Reinforce home exercise instruction and proper movement mechanics
- Maintain treatment flow and prepare clinical spaces
Front Office Support
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Basic computer proficiency
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- ChiroTouch experience a plus
