E-commerce Site Operations Specialist (SDQ)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Ecommerce Site Operations Specialist to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and optimization of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient online shopping experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS), ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• E-Commerce Integration: Integrate e-commerce functionalities such as third-party plugins to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall site efficiency.
• SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices and track website performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Device and Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the website is fully responsive and functions seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure website alignment with branding and marketing strategies.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced English proficiency. 
• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS (e.g., Shopify).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in eCommerce website development, preferably in a retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field a plus.
