Live Commerce Operations Assistant

About Us
Shine Live US Inc. is a live commerce company based in New York. We specialize in fashion and apparel sales through livestream shopping platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic team member to join our warehouse and livestream operations team.
No previous livestream experience is required. We provide training for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily livestream operations
- Prepare and organize products before livestreams
- Bring products to the live room and restock products during livestreams
- Organize inventory and product locations
- Label and prepare products
- Upload products and update online listings
- Monitor livestream chat and assist the host
- Help coordinate product prices and promotions
- Track products and sales after livestreams
- Assist with packing and order fulfillment when needed
- Keep the warehouse and live rooms clean and organized
- Occasionally appear on camera to demonstrate products or assist the host
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and responsible
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and apps
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs when needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/live commerce environment
- Chinese or Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in TikTok, Whatnot, retail, sales, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required
