Role Overview

The Retail Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining showroom inventory and supporting efficient warehouse operations, product handling, storage, and customer pickup or delivery preparation. This role works closely with visual merchandising teams while maintaining an organized, clean, and operationally efficient warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from semi-trailers and transport furniture and merchandise throughout the store and warehouse.
• Maintain showroom floor inventory by moving, arranging, setting up, and monitoring incoming products for quality.
• Remove sold products from the showroom, wrap and store them for delivery, or safely load them into customer vehicles for pickup.
• Collaborate regularly with the Visual Merchandising team to prioritize showroom arrangements and incoming merchandise.
• Complete warehouse documentation, including recording product receipts and maintaining required operational records.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts required to repair showroom floor samples.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and backroom area through regular housekeeping.
• Perform building maintenance, minor repairs, weekly warehouse checklists, expense-reduction activities, and other assigned operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and transport objects weighing over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
• Ability to provide supervision and leadership when required.
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance.
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physical material-handling, warehouse, and minor maintenance activities
