Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lead Carpenter – Window & Door Installation to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing carpentry work focused on window and door installation projects, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. The position requires coordination with installation teams and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters in window and door installation projects.

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation.

• Perform measurements and cut materials to precise dimensions for fitting.

• Inspect installed windows and doors for proper alignment and functionality.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes throughout installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry with a focus on window and door installation.

• Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong leadership skills to guide and train installation teams.

• Ability to operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely.

• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
