Hire Dynamics of Concord is NOW hiring for Filler Operators for a national distribution company in the Concord area.
Shifts Available for the Filler Operator:
Days: 5:30am - 6:00pm, 2-2-3 Rotation
Nights: 5:30pm - 6:00am, 2-2-3 Rotation
Job Duties for the Machine Operator (Filler):
- Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirements
- Forklift and Hand pallet jack for material handling.
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs.
- Ensure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality Requirements
- Complete required MES/Paperwork documentation.
- Execute all MSS of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily production
- Collect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposes.
- Ability to stand/walk for entire 8 hour shift (minus breaks and lunch)
- Handling of “hot” material (gloves must be worn)
- Working around high pressure valves and product transfer systems.
- Walking/standing in water (non-slip shoes are provided).
- Repetitive material handling and boxing of “hot” plastic bottles.
- Some handling/cleaning with industrial chemicals.
